Q: I have a Bermuda/St. Augustine combination lawn that I fertilized one day (used Scott's Turf Builder) and it stormed the very next day. Do I need to reapply the fertilizer and if so, how soon?

No need to re-fertilize unless the lawn had flooding water moving across it that may have washed the small pellets away (unlikely). Scotts products are engineered with a time-release formula that will break down over time and release their nutrients slowly. Heavy rains won't greatly accelerate the process enough to re-fertilize again.
